Encyclopedia availability

‘The Historical Encyclopedia of Western Australia is out of print. It is available in libraries in hard copy and online via the UWA Library and Trove: http://trove.nla.gov.au/work/32097418

It is anticipated that an online version of the complete encyclopedia will be developed, so that the information is available to people all over the world, but this will depend on the availability of funding.

Email Winthrop Professor Jenny Gregory with any enquiries or offers of funding.

The Historical Encyclopedia of Western Australia is the State's most ambitious historical project.

This comprehensive, authoritative and lively work, covering all periods and aspects of Western Australian history should be the first reference point for academic and general historians, students of Western Australian history, journalists, politicians, and general readers.

Western Australia's leading historians and people with a love of history from across the State contributed to the volume.
