The Centre for Western Australian History was established in 1985. Its aim: to encourage and assist individuals and groups interested in researching and writing Western Australian history to the highest professional standard. See our Publication List for a record of our tangible achievements. We also assist teachers to implement the Australian Curriculum in history.

The Centre can help you with your research project, all the way from simple advice to managing the entire project for you. We offer a range of services to enable you to complete the project.

Professional development seminars

We are offering a range of seminars to assist primary and secondary school teachers with their implementation of History in the Australian Curriculum.
